What if Vera doesn't know the answer?

She only answers from your business profile — she's instructed never to invent prices, hours, or services. In auto mode, anything she isn't confident about comes back to you as a draft instead of being sent.

Can I edit a draft before it sends?

You can regenerate a draft for a different take, dismiss it, or just type your own reply — your manual reply always supersedes the draft. Sent AI replies are badged in your conversation history so you always know who said what.

Does this work on every number I own?
