What counts as a calling minute?
Calling minutes cover connected customer legs: manual outbound calls, live-translated calls, direct inbound calls to you, the owner leg after Vera screens a call, and immediate call forwarding. Unanswered calls and pre-answer ringing do not count. Allowances are shared across active lines on the account.
How much AI calling and translation is included?
Vera Plus includes 100 minutes of outbound AI calling and 20 minutes of live translation each month. Vera Business includes 300 AI-calling minutes and 60 translation minutes. Those pools are separate from each plan's calling allowance. Plus and Business receptionist answering is unlimited under fair use; Lite includes 50 AI-receptionist minutes.

Can I text from a toll-free number?
