Manage or Cancel Your VeraDial Subscription
Manage the subscription where it was purchased. VeraDial's Billing screen identifies whether your plan is billed on the web, through Apple's App Store, or through Google Play and opens the correct destination.

Open your billing destination
In the app, open Billing and choose the subscription-management action. On the web dashboard, open Billing and use Manage plan. Web-billed accounts go to the VeraDial billing portal; store-billed accounts go to the applicable store's subscription page.
Cancel future renewals
Use the cancellation control in that billing destination. Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not normally refund the current billing period, and access may continue until the displayed end date.
- iPhone: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → VeraDial.
- Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → VeraDial.
- Web: VeraDial dashboard → Billing → Open billing portal.
Refund questions
App Store and Google Play purchases are governed by the store's billing and refund process. VeraDial does not promise discretionary refunds for unused time or completed usage. Contact VeraDial Support when a charge appears incorrect so the account and provider record can be checked.
FAQ
Where do I see whether my plan will renew?
Open Billing. VeraDial shows the current plan, provider, and whether the subscription renews or ends on the displayed date.
Does deleting my VeraDial account cancel the subscription?
No. Cancel the subscription in its billing destination before deleting the account.
