Delete Your VeraDial Account
Account deletion is permanent. It releases your VeraDial phone numbers and removes your call history, recordings, messages, voicemails, greetings, AI-call history, and transcripts. Cancel an active subscription before deleting because deletion does not cancel store billing.

Cancel billing first
Open Billing in VeraDial and use its management link. Web subscriptions open the VeraDial billing portal; iPhone subscriptions open App Store subscription settings; Android subscriptions open Google Play subscription settings.
Delete from the app
Open Settings → Delete Account. Review what will be removed, continue to the confirmation step, and complete the final deletion action. The optional reason and comment do not affect whether deletion succeeds.
If you cannot sign in
Use the public deletion instructions or contact support@veradial.com from the account email. VeraDial may need to verify account ownership before acting on a request made outside the signed-in app.
FAQ
Can I recover the account after deletion?
No. The in-app flow warns that deletion cannot be undone. Phone numbers are released and may not remain available for a future account.
Does deletion cancel my subscription?
No. Cancel through the billing destination shown in VeraDial before deleting the account so future renewals stop.
