VERADIAL INC. CUSTOMER CARE

Verbal consent for VeraDial customer-care texts

Program number: +1 888-311-9059 · Last updated: July 24, 2026

VeraDial Inc. uses this toll-free number only for one-to-one customer-care conversations with people who have contacted VeraDial and asked for a text follow-up. It is not used for purchased lists, automated marketing, bulk messaging, or unsolicited promotions. Consent is optional and is never a condition of purchasing or using VeraDial.

Exact verbal-consent script

VeraDial representative: “Before I text you, may VeraDial Inc. send customer-care text messages to this number about your request? Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or using VeraDial. Reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for help. Do you agree?”

Recipient: “Yes.”

VeraDial representative: “Thank you. I’ll send a confirmation text now. Please reply YES to confirm before we continue by text.”

Confirmation and consent record

After the recipient gives verbal consent, the representative sends this confirmation:

“VeraDial: Reply YES to confirm you agree to receive customer-care texts about your request. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.”

VeraDial sends no further customer-care messages until the recipient replies YES. That inbound YES, together with the originating phone number, timestamp, and conversation history, is retained in VeraDial’s SMS records as the durable confirmation of consent. If the recipient does not reply YES, the conversation does not continue by text.

Message content and frequency

Messages are limited to the specific customer-care request the recipient discussed with VeraDial, such as answering a product question or providing a requested follow-up. Message frequency varies with that conversation and is normally one confirmation plus the messages needed to resolve the request.

Example: “Hi, this is Graham from VeraDial, following up on our call as requested. Reply STOP to opt out.”

Opting out and getting help

  • Reply STOP at any time to opt out. No further messages are sent unless the recipient later re-subscribes.
  • Reply HELP for help, or email support@veradial.com.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
