Setup
Connected in a few minutes
Step 1
Have your VeraDial login ready
Muse connects to your own VeraDial account, so you need one first. New to VeraDial? Start a trial and set up your line, then come back here.
Step 2
Paste this into a Muse chat
Muse sets up the connection for you and shows a Connect button in the chat.
Connect VeraDial as an OAuth custom connector using dynamic client registration. The remote MCP server is https://api.veradial.com/mcp. No API key. If a VeraDial connector is already saved, tell me first. Show me the Connect button so I can sign in and approve access in the browser.
Step 3
Sign in and approve
Choose Connect. A window opens where you sign in to VeraDial, review what Muse can read, and approve. If no window opens, allow pop-ups for Muse and try again.
Step 4
Ask your first question
Back in Muse, ask something about your calls. Muse may ask your permission before it sends a request to VeraDial. Allow it and the answer comes from your own records.

FAQ
Common questions
Is VeraDial in Muse's connector directory?
Not yet. VeraDial has been submitted for review. Until it's listed, connect it with the setup prompt on this page.
Can Muse make calls or send texts through VeraDial?
No. The connector is read-only. Muse can tell you who called and what they wanted, but it cannot place calls, send messages, spend your included minutes, or change your settings.
Do I need an API key?
No. You sign in with your VeraDial login in a browser window and approve the connection. Your password is never shared with Muse.
What does Muse get to see?
Only your own account: calls with screening summaries, call and voicemail transcripts, texts, contacts, phone lines, receptionist setup, and usage. Call and voicemail audio is never exposed through the connector.
Does the connector cost extra?
No. It's included with your VeraDial account at no extra charge.
How do I disconnect it?
In Muse, open Settings, then Connectors, then the Connected tab. Choose View next to VeraDial, then Disconnect.
