Reset Your VeraDial Password
You can request a secure password-reset link from the VeraDial sign-in screen. For privacy, the confirmation looks the same whether or not an account exists for the address you entered.

Request a reset link
Open VeraDial's sign-in screen, type the email address used for your account, and tap Forgot Password. Check that inbox for the reset email, then open its link and choose a new password.
If the email does not arrive
Check spam or junk, confirm that you entered the account email without a typo, and request one new link. If you normally sign in with Apple or Google, use that same sign-in method instead of creating a separate password identity.
If the link is expired
A reset link can expire or become invalid after it is used. Return to the sign-in screen and request a fresh link rather than retrying the old one.
FAQ
Why does VeraDial say 'If an account exists'?
That generic confirmation protects account privacy. It does not reveal whether a particular email address is registered.
Can support tell me my old password?
No. Passwords are not readable by VeraDial Support. Use the reset flow to choose a new password.
